During his presentation Dr. Eisenberg will show what the full range of
economic benefits of home construction are for the state and local
economy.  In particular, Dr. Eisenberg will show how much state and
local income is generated from new residental home construction, and
perhaps more importantly he will quantify how much state and local
employment is fully dependent on new home building and how much tax
revenue is generated. He will then outline all the costs associated with
new home construction and end his talk by looking at how fast home
construction pays it way, and how absent new home construction, taxes
would be higher and public services would be of lower quality.
